HOTEL BOOKING TERMS. Armada Group provides online reservation services for Armada Belle Vue Hotel & Residences (the “Resort”). Any reservations made through this Site are between the individual making the reservation (“Guest”) and the Resort. The reservation is subject to the local terms and conditions imposed by the Resort and the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan. The Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion. Armada Group and the Resort do not accept liability for third-party costs, claims, or expenses related to Guest travel, including flights, land transportation, lost property, medical services, or insurance.

JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jordan, and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be Jordan. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts for judicial proceedings relating to or arising from this Agreement.
