Terms and Conditions –Avenue Hotel and Residences, Amman
Welcome to Belle Vue Hotel and Residences, Amman. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms
All guests must present valid government-issued identification or passport at check-in.

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Belle Vue Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with hotel policies.

2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM

Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Reservation and Payment
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate plan selected.

All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and No-show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, one night’s charge will be billed to your credit card.

Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or modification.

5. Children and Extra Beds
Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.

Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Smoking Policy
Belle Vue Hotel maintains a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas. A penalty will be charged for violations.

8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or property damage may result in eviction without refund.

9. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Privacy Policy
Guest data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is collected for booking, check-in, and communication purposes only.

12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
